ABOUT DELETE

Delete is a digital agency specialising in digital transformation, digital marketing and SEO for leading global brands. Specialities lie in digital platform creation, digital first marketing and B2B product creation.
Founded in 2000, Delete’s exceptional quality of work has attracted some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands including The R&A, The Open, Guinness Pro14 Rugby, Biffa, McCarthy & Stone, Roquette and Southampton FC, as well as National Autistic Society and University of Hull, to name a few.

ABOUT THE DEAL

Kagool acquired 100% of Delete to combine its strong engineering and technical heritage with Delete’s strategy, creative and UX expertise, in a deal that will strengthen both agencies’ offers while laying the foundations for scale and focused specialisms. The acquisition will grow Kagool’s experience design and performance marketing capabilities whilst also adding consultancy as a key service to underpin clients’ digital strategies and platform solutions. Both brands will operate together seamlessly to provide their clients the very best in strategy, design and experience technology.

OUR WORK

We provided Financial Due Diligence services to Kagool on their acquisition of Delete.

"

We have had the pleasure of working with WY Partners on both sides of the table, initially they advised BGF on their investment into Kagool, and then advised Kagool on the acquisition of Delete (the group now rebranded as UNRVLD). WY played a key role in supporting all stakeholders on the transactions and their knowledge of the sector proved invaluable in our assessment. Their personal and pragmatic approach was much appreciated, and they made sure the process ran as smoothly as possible.

Dan Berry, CEO of Kagool
