Miroma Group takes majority stake in Fold7

Fold7 is an iconic advertising and communications business, delivering award-winning campaigns, to clients both nationally and internationally. It is a 21st century creative agency at the forefront of a changing industry that favours inventive ideas over any particular channel or output.
ABOUT THE DEAL
Fold7 sold a 64% stake to Miroma Group with their chief executive, Marc Nohr, becoming chairman and group chief executive, agencies. The deal includes Hyperactive, the brand experience shop founded by Andrew Casher that Fold7 owns a stake in.
