Alex Crawford
Biography
Alex is a Manager at WY Partners.
He has significant M&A experience, advising on transactions for both the buy and sell side principally for private equity and other institutional investors. This includes expertise in the financial due diligence process.
Prior to joining WY Partners, Alex spent 3 years in the transaction services team at FTI Consulting, advising private equity clients across a broad range of sectors. Alex began his career working in private equity at Baird Capital, before spending 3 years in the audit department at EY, completing his accountancy exams.
Alex is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has a history degree from UCL.
