Cameron Hay

Biography

Cameron is a Manager at WY Partners.

Cameron has a strong understanding of the technology and media sectors. He has advised on both sell and buy-side M&A transactions, as well as fundraising engagements. These deals involved working with a variety of stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, private equity investors and large multinationals.

Prior to joining WY Partners, Cameron worked in Chiene + Tait’s Corporate Finance team, where he worked on a number of media and technology deals along with heading up their financial modelling team after three years at PwC.

Cameron is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) and holds a Bachelor’s degree (MA) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Aberdeen.
