Elliott Dodds

Biography

Elliott is an Associate Director at WY Partners.

He has significant M&A experience, advising on transactions for both the buy and sell side principally for private equity and other institutional investors. This includes expertise in the financial due diligence process.

At WY Partners, Elliott has worked on a number of successful M&A transactions, including Brainlabs’ acquisition of Distilled and The Panoply’s acquisition of Ameo.

Prior to joining WY Partners, Elliott worked for KPMG in London for 6 years, spending the first three years completing his chartered accountancy qualification whilst working within the audit function, before spending the next three years advising on M&A transactions as part of the Private Equity Group.

Elliott is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is a graduate of the University of St Andrews.
